Art Talk, Rotterdam:
The trippy tower of Babel
According to the story, a united human race in the generations following the Great Flood, speaking a single language and migrating westward, comes to the magic land of Rutopia. There they organised a festival to please the gods and agreed to build a city and a tower tall enough to reach heaven. God, observing their city and tower puts acid in their drinks so that it became too weird for them to continue, and scatters them around the world.
